Campaign Consulting - next steps


You must set up a subscription in our REACH platform before we can start the Campaign Consulting.

Here are the steps to get your subscription set up:

We recommend setting up your account and subscription from a laptop or desktop computer and not a mobile device.

  • Access our REACH platform by going to https://app.reach.marketing
    • If you have used REACH previously, use your existing login info.
    • If not, fill out the form below to create your account. After submission, you'll be returned to this page.

Create Your REACH Account

      • Once you return to this page, click the link above to go to REACH and login. (Will open in a new tab)
  • Click on SHOP in the navigation menu, then select the Campaign Consulting product.
    • On the next page, click Create a New Campaign (In some instances, the Shop will bypass this page and take you directly to the next step)
    • Add New Campaign: Our system is set up for individual studios, but for Campaign Consulting, please fill out the information as:
      • Studio Location Name: Put your First and Last name, then "Consulting"
      • Studio Email Address: Put your personal email (the one the consultant should use to contact you)
      • Studio Phone Number: Put your personal phone number (the one the consultant should use to contact you)
      • Studio Address: This isn't needed for consulting, but is a required field. Put whatever you would like here
      • You can leave the remaining fields blank. If you want to provide any info to your consultant at this time, you can use the Notes field
  • Follow the remaining steps in the shop to Checkout and add your Payment Method, then Place Order.

Once you finish the steps above, in order to get your campaign consulting started quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. You will need to get setup with a secure CAP connection by filling out the CAP Connection Form. Please email your completed form to CAP@franchisefocusedmarketing.com and our team will get that sent over to Xponential.
    • Make sure you follow all 5 steps on Page 2 of the CAP Connection Form. If you have any question about these, you can do this step on your first consulting call.

We've set up a CAP Resource Center containing a number of guides you may need to run your own campaign. The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) assigned to consult on your campaigns is very familiar with all of these, and will be able to help you if you have any questions.
