While we do not offer direct support for this tool, our CAP Resource Center is available to provide you with detailed guides for setting up and running your own campaigns. Additionally, Meta’s support and documentation are great resources to help ensure everything is set up correctly.

Steps to Set Up Your CAP Connection:
1. Use these instructions to create your Meta Business Account and Ad Account. Be sure to follow all of the steps, including step 6 (sharing the Ad Account with the correct Partners).3. After completing all of the steps, return to this page and submit the form(s) below, attaching the finished CAP Connection Form(s). While you only need to submit this form once, please be sure to list all locations you’re connecting in the appropriate field, and include all relevant Connection Forms.
