Welcome to the CAP Connector submission page.

This free service is designed for franchisees who manage their own marketing campaigns and ad accounts. Franchise Focused Marketing’s role is limited to submitting your CAP connection information to the appropriate third-party platforms and partners. We do not manage, troubleshoot, optimize, or guarantee your Meta Business Account, Ad Account, CAP connection, campaigns, billing settings, or related systems, and because we do not have administrative access to your accounts, we cannot resolve issues related to permissions, policy restrictions, rejected connections, disabled accounts, billing problems, or other platform-related errors.

Please ensure all requested information, permissions, and account-sharing settings are completed correctly before submitting your forms, as incomplete or incorrect setups may delay or prevent a successful connection. While we do not provide direct support for this free tool, our CAP Resource Center includes setup guides and documentation to help you through the process, and Meta’s support resources can assist with account-specific or technical issues. Steps to Set Up Your CAP Connection:

1. Use these instructions to create your Meta Business Account and Ad Account. Be sure to follow all of the steps, including step 6 (sharing the Ad Account with the correct Partners).

2. Complete the CAP Connection Form. You’ll need to submit a separate form for each location you want to connect.

3. After completing all of the steps, return to this page and submit the form(s) below, attaching the finished CAP Connection Form(s). While you only need to submit this form once, please be sure to list all locations you’re connecting in the appropriate field, and include all relevant Connection Forms.
